I have the right to
refuse any commission

Payments

Payments are taken through PayPal, Cashapp, Vemno, or Zelle! I expect full payment upfront. Prices are dead-set and will only change based on what you commission.

Revisions

I will only do revisions to the sketch/lineart of the piece, or the first frame of a pixel Gif comm. Anything after that will be final, unless it's an important detail. (Missing marking, accessory, etc.)

Delivery Time

Expect a commission to be finished in the timeframe of a week to a month, depending on how busy my queue is.Also please be aware that this is a hobby that I do on the side, so please be patient, as my job and life might get in the way sometimes. I will always try my best to get your commission done in a timely manner, but please be understanding if I am unable to work on it at any time.If a situation ever arises where I am unable to get your commission done, then I will privately message you and offer a refund, or partial refund if I've already started the piece. I also do not work with deadlines, as they stress me out. You may always ask me for commission updates, but please refrain from doing so at a constant rate. I will always provide updates when they become available!

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS & USE

You are allowed to post your finished commission with credit on social media. Please do not forget to credit me! You are also allowed to use your commission for personal use only. You are NOT allowed to use my work to sell or make merch out of. NONE of my work, commission or not, is allowed to be made into an NFT, or put through AI in any way.

Refunds

You may be granted a refund if the commission hasn't been started yet. If it has been started, but cannot be finished, you will be granted a partial refund based on where the commission has ended. Please message me privately to discuss a refund.

Communication

Please provide a clear reference for your commission. I will not work with descriptions on their own, sorry!
I will provide sketches/WIPs when I have them available! Please refrain from asking for constant updates, as this stresses me out. I will always provide progress updates once they are available. I will also always wait on your approval before going forward with the next step in your commission.
